Rescue workers wrap the body of army private Mansuang Iemsiriluck, 25, who fell to his death from a Bangkok-bound train on Tuesday night. Wearing black short pants and a blue T-shirt, the young private sustained head injuries and the broken left arm, said police. Police believed he might have sat on the stairs of the crowded train and accidentally fell from it. Pol Col Somsant Pruetsawanit, chief of Thung Song police, said on Wednesday that relatives had travelled to Thung Song to take the body of the private for funeral rites at his home province. Based in the far South, Mansuang left the region for a family reunion in Pathum Thani during Songkran celebrations.
